During subsequent interactions, we received more prompt responses from the live agent, but these were not always helpful and often did not directly address our queries.
In attempts to contact InterServer by phone on multiple occasions over two days, each call was placed on hold for six minutes before being disconnected. Overall, our experience with customer support was among the least satisfactory compared to other web hosting providers.
